It was amazing stay here in this hotel I definitely appreciate each staff member here. I would definitely book again with this hotel in my next trip and also locality is best for Indians too as it has 1 minute walk restaurants etc. Rooms-10/10 Staff-10/10 Facilities-10/10 Locality-10/10 At the end i would say don’t think if you have to book an hotel just go for it????

Room was small but very clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful. A few food options less than a block way. I went for sushi and it was excellent.

A clean, well served and economical hotel. The check-in staff was polite and helpful. Adequate parking and near to all the necessary amenities. Would definitely stay again. Cheers

This has got to be the cleanest room I've ever stayed in. The hotel is family run and the owners are wonderful people, everything about our stay was pleasant and I would recommend this hotel for anyone needing accommodations in the Queensborough area.

Very unique place , clean room with easy parking around back friendly helpful staff. Only one drawback is there isn't a elevator but it is only one story with two flights of stairs and one landing in between.

Great service and great people! The rooms are nice and clean lots of room. There is a BBQ out back too cook on and a nice area to sit out back to have a couple cold ones.

A little bit tricky to find, however we found the hotel and was greeted by very friendly staff. There were snacks at the front which was a nice touch. The room we stayed in had a double bed, wall hooks, tv, fridge, and microwave. No closet space however we were only there for the night as BC Ferries cancelled our sail and we were stranded in Vancouver overnight. I was glad to have booked this hotel on the same day at a decent price (just over $200). The room was a bit hot despite the fans and open windows, but that’s also part of the summer weather. I am taking 1 star off for the lack for Air Conditioning as the heat made a big difference in our quality of sleep after a stressful day. Instead of getting out at 8am, we ended up leaving to drive to Tsawwassen at 4am because we couldn’t sleep. Overall we had a bed, bathroom, and fridge which was just the basics we needed for the night.

enjoyed my 5 nights staying. Rooms are very clean, staff is very nice. Commuting is easy with bus 410 coming by regularly. I will come back

I made a big mistake booking through an app after midnight, thinking the reservation was immediate and not the next day. Even though I neglected to pay the insurance on the booking, Queen’s Hotel cancelled my reservation and I got to keep my money. I thank them for their kindness

Do not stay at this horrible place. NO AIR CONDITIONING. I cannot understand the good reviews. This place is ancient and the rooms are tiny and clearly old. ***Checked in when it was 30 degrees outside. Go to drop my mom in her room to make sure it’s ok and we discover there is no air conditioning. We go to the front desk and their response appeared pleased that they had fooled another person into booking their hotel. They clearly were prepared with lines such as, ‘we didn’t lie, and promptly tried to point out the absence of air conditioning on their Expedia page after mentioning I was welcome to call Expedia to complain about the lack of ac. He continued to escalate by repeatedly making comments such as it’s not normal to assume a place has ac, and if I had booked over the phone, I would have known, and for the price I was paying (>$270/night), I shouldn’t expect ac as this isn’t the Sheraton. Rather than acknowledging that it’s a heat wave and it’s reasonable to expect a hotel to have AC he just made smug comment after smug comment. There’s also no elevator. After I mentioned I would leave a bad review, all of sudden his demeanor changed and he suddenly tried to be a reasonable person. The room looks nothing like the pictures and there is only enough room to barely walk around the bed. What a total nightmare. The staff were clearly happy to have fooled people by not making it clearly known that this hotel doesn’t have basic amenities. My mom later told me that the hot water is blocked in the shower, aka you can’t take a proper hot shower (obviously not in this heat) if you wanted to as the tap is blocked from being moved into the position to heat up
