A little bit tricky to find, however we found the hotel and was greeted by very friendly staff. There were snacks at the front which was a nice touch. The room we stayed in had a double bed, wall hooks, tv, fridge, and microwave. No closet space however we were only there for the night as BC Ferries cancelled our sail and we were stranded in Vancouver overnight. I was glad to have booked this hotel on the same day at a decent price (just over $200). The room was a bit hot despite the fans and open windows, but that’s also part of the summer weather. I am taking 1 star off for the lack for Air Conditioning as the heat made a big difference in our quality of sleep after a stressful day. Instead of getting out at 8am, we ended up leaving to drive to Tsawwassen at 4am because we couldn’t sleep. Overall we had a bed, bathroom, and fridge which was just the basics we needed for the night.

Very unique place , clean room with easy parking around back friendly helpful staff. Only one drawback is there isn't a elevator but it is only one story with two flights of stairs and one landing in between.

Love this hotel! Staff is super kind and generous. I stayed several times here because they accept my dog. They provide a dog bed if asked. Rooms are very clean (even under the bed!). I found my room quiet and slept excellent. Microwave was in my room and truly appreciated. I love their face clothes, just the right gentle roughness for a squeaky clean skin. Breakfast snacks and tea provided for free. Coffee is inexpensive. A hotel worth the price. Location great for it is quick to get to Vancouver or the freeway going east.

It was amazing stay here in this hotel I definitely appreciate each staff member here. I would definitely book again with this hotel in my next trip and also locality is best for Indians too as it has 1 minute walk restaurants etc. Rooms-10/10 Staff-10/10 Facilities-10/10 Locality-10/10 At the end i would say don’t think if you have to book an hotel just go for it????

Had an excellent stay at this adorable hotel. As a former hotel housekeeper, that place is legit clean. Very comfy too. I missed the fact that there's no elevator and all the rooms are 2 short flights up. Staff were extremely attentive and helpful, not just with the stairs, but everything. I would definitely stay again.

This has got to be the cleanest room I've ever stayed in. The hotel is family run and the owners are wonderful people, everything about our stay was pleasant and I would recommend this hotel for anyone needing accommodations in the Queensborough area.

Highly recommend this is a 5 star hotel "Home" to stay when away. Spotless, clean, all staff treat us like family. Shout out to Arushi Sharam and all other staff such great service! We always look forward to returning to the Queens.
