A gem of a hotel very close to Burnaby. Very clean and safe and friendly service too! They even have fruit and snacks when needed. Free, secure parking behind the hotel as well.

Great little hotel, very unique with super friendly staff, good prices. Love the motorcycle motif and the cool bike in the lobby. Decor was interesting and very pleasant Room was a little small but fine me. Very convenient to the Anvil Center. It a little different being in mall front, with parking and entrance is in the rear of the building. Would recommend staying here if you are tired of chain motels.

Not good for people who can't climb stairs-three flights of stairs. No coffee in room, but only downstairs. They had some nice snacks and fresh fruit free of charge. Our room was clean, washroom very clean, kingsize bed comfortable. A few restaurants nearby, but not the food we enjoy. Quiet area at least the one night for us. Heard one little bark likely a small dog. Workers are very helpful and pleasant.

There aren’t any other hotels within 30 minutes of the city for this price with these amenities. The hotel smells great when you first walk in. There are only a couple dozen rooms in the entire hotel. Free parking in the back. You can also use the gym next door for free. After midnight, there is no concierge and the doors are locked with a special code that they change every two weeks. Staff are extremely friendly and nice. Of course it is not a 5 star hotel but for the price and location in comparison to other hotels in the city, this is a great deal.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. Our room (#208) size was small but very clean and comfortable. The price was reasonable for such a room. The staff were friendly and helpful. Snack bar next to reception offered a variety of goodies. The hotel is in a safe and quiet area. It’s a short walking distance to shopping and eating at SmartCentres Queensborough Landing. This is an amazing hotel and we will definitely return for our next visit. Highly recommended!.

Room was as advertised. Very friendly staff at front desk. Room was clean and although small, had everything we needed, including microwave and small fridge. Compared to other hotels in Vancouver area, this was excellent value.

Good little place for a spot to sleep with great service. Beds were a little soft for my liking but I'm nit-picking. It is pet friendly so be aware if that's an issue for you. Would recommend!

It was amazing stay here in this hotel I definitely appreciate each staff member here. I would definitely book again with this hotel in my next trip and also locality is best for Indians too as it has 1 minute walk restaurants etc. Rooms-10/10 Staff-10/10 Facilities-10/10 Locality-10/10 At the end i would say don’t think if you have to book an hotel just go for it????

We were very pleased with our stay of nine days at Queens. The hotel and rooms were very clean and all the staff were extremely helpful. The hotel was located in a very quiet neighborhood within access to restaurants of all types, and public transit which enabled us to reach Vancouver and other areas within minutes.

A little bit tricky to find, however we found the hotel and was greeted by very friendly staff. There were snacks at the front which was a nice touch. The room we stayed in had a double bed, wall hooks, tv, fridge, and microwave. No closet space however we were only there for the night as BC Ferries cancelled our sail and we were stranded in Vancouver overnight. I was glad to have booked this hotel on the same day at a decent price (just over $200). The room was a bit hot despite the fans and open windows, but that’s also part of the summer weather. I am taking 1 star off for the lack for Air Conditioning as the heat made a big difference in our quality of sleep after a stressful day. Instead of getting out at 8am, we ended up leaving to drive to Tsawwassen at 4am because we couldn’t sleep. Overall we had a bed, bathroom, and fridge which was just the basics we needed for the night.

Highly recommend this is a 5 star hotel "Home" to stay when away. Spotless, clean, all staff treat us like family. Shout out to Arushi Sharam and all other staff such great service! We always look forward to returning to the Queens.
