The hotel was conveniently near where we needed to be. We were well treated, staff was friendly. The rooms were very clean. For two older people we found the rooms small. It was hard to get into bed on on one side.

Not good for people who can't climb stairs-three flights of stairs. No coffee in room, but only downstairs. They had some nice snacks and fresh fruit free of charge. Our room was clean, washroom very clean, kingsize bed comfortable. A few restaurants nearby, but not the food we enjoy. Quiet area at least the one night for us. Heard one little bark likely a small dog. Workers are very helpful and pleasant.

I would rate 3 cos it's Affordable place and friendly staff. But don't get tricked by seeing 2 beds, we were 4 and booked the room with 2 beds. The room is so conjusted that when we placed a suitcase in front of bed, we couldn't find place to walk. We paid 10$ extra per each per each extra person, if they had told that the rooms wouldn't be that big to accommodate 4, we would've booked different hotel. We did the same 4 people booking in Holiday Inn with around same price range but the room was more than sufficient, also don't expect free breakfast in this hotel. This place is good for 2 only I guess, and would prefer only if the stay is short or if it's an unplanned trip. If it's a planned trip, I think it's better to find other places than this.

Room was clean and tidy. Price was very fair and competitive. Check in was easy. They refunded my deposit at checkout and now I don’t have to worry about where my deposit is.

Excellent location for our trip to Vancouver for New Years. Clean. Cozy. Great walkable neighborhood. Will definitely book to stay here again.

I love this little boutique hotel. The room was clean and quiet with modern amenities , the bed was comfy with lots of pillows. The bathroom was completely renovated. There was complimentary water in the fridge and a microwave in the room. Fruit, protein bars, yummy popcorn, ,tea and coffee in the lobby. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. I definitely recommend this little gem.

A little bit tricky to find, however we found the hotel and was greeted by very friendly staff. There were snacks at the front which was a nice touch. The room we stayed in had a double bed, wall hooks, tv, fridge, and microwave. No closet space however we were only there for the night as BC Ferries cancelled our sail and we were stranded in Vancouver overnight. I was glad to have booked this hotel on the same day at a decent price (just over $200). The room was a bit hot despite the fans and open windows, but that’s also part of the summer weather. I am taking 1 star off for the lack for Air Conditioning as the heat made a big difference in our quality of sleep after a stressful day. Instead of getting out at 8am, we ended up leaving to drive to Tsawwassen at 4am because we couldn’t sleep. Overall we had a bed, bathroom, and fridge which was just the basics we needed for the night.

A clean, well served and economical hotel. The check-in staff was polite and helpful. Adequate parking and near to all the necessary amenities. Would definitely stay again. Cheers

Fantastic staff and a very cozy environment! Although the rooms are smaller than a conventional Hotel, they are well appointed, decorated and clean! I will definitely return!

Small rooms (bit no complaints because really why do you need a huge room anyway?) But very clean and well appointed. Free snacks in the lobby. No 24/7 front desk fyi. Easy check in and out and free parking. No a/c in our room and complimentary shampoo but no conditioner...Would definitely stay again.

I was really impressed by this place! I needed a last minute hotel for a spring break trip and they had a room left. Location is great with a few restaurants, corner store, liquor store right next door. Room was updated, clean and bed was comfy. All of the staff I met while there for 3 nights were very friendly and helpful. They offer some free snacks in the lobby and there was a vending machine and coffee machine too. Easy parking on site around back. Would definitely stay here again!
