What is your pet policy?
Pets are allowed at a price of $20 per day based on available rooms. A pet deposit of $150 is required. Pets must be under 45 LBS. Pets must be house trained. Read full pet policy pet-policy

Is smoking allowed in the rooms?
Queens Hotel is 420 friendly. Designated covered outdoor smoking areas are available for guest use. No smoking in the Hotel. Subject to $300.00 fine
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are free up to 48 hours before arrival. Any changes and cancellations must be made 48-hrs prior 4:00 pm (PST) on the scheduled day of arrival. Cancellations received within the 48-hr period will be marked as a no show and will incur one night’s room and tax charge to the credit card on file.
