I had a Hospital Appointment the next day and found The Queens online. Taking a chance at an 'unknown', I booked. ...And I'm glad I did! Friendly staff! PARKING ON SITE! Clean rooms. Simple and not trying to be something it's not! I checked in early and enjoyed the room. Small? Yes. The room I booked doesn't pretend to be a large room or a place to entertain friends. It's a clean and comfortable place to relax, prepare for whatever you're moving on to, and get a good night's rest. (The Royal Enfield motorcycle in the lobby doesn't lose any points either!) They made me feel welcome and safe and everything in the room was clean and well taken care of. Tips: - a small coffee maker with all the details could be added - the air conditioner was not necessary and should maybe be added IF requested beforehand. - the bed frame was too large for the bed, so it is a little 'cumbersome'. Final Verdict: While the price is 'pushing' too high, I would stay here again! It's a clean, professional, well taken care of experience for me, and until proven otherwise, I give it a thumbs up!

I stayed in the hotel twice and both time my experience were great. Very friendly and helpful staff, nice and clean room with portable AC. Quiet location with easy parking and free access to next door gym for guests who staying at the hotel too. I definitely with come back.

This hotel is a hidden gem. For a 2-star, you won't be disappointed! Clean and kitschy, with cool vintage features like a bunch of clocks, anime art and new west historical photography donated by the local library. Solid hotel tv channels and comfy beds. Steps from a quiet g****o seawall with a truly breathtaking view of the lower mainland across the river- the likes of which would be absolutely crowded with people in downtown Vancouver or even new west pier. And free snacks! Some stuff like the vending machine/coffee out of service on my stay. Come and go as you like and kind customer service.

It was amazing stay here in this hotel I definitely appreciate each staff member here. I would definitely book again with this hotel in my next trip and also locality is best for Indians too as it has 1 minute walk restaurants etc. Rooms-10/10 Staff-10/10 Facilities-10/10 Locality-10/10 At the end i would say don’t think if you have to book an hotel just go for it????

A little bit tricky to find, however we found the hotel and was greeted by very friendly staff. There were snacks at the front which was a nice touch. The room we stayed in had a double bed, wall hooks, tv, fridge, and microwave. No closet space however we were only there for the night as BC Ferries cancelled our sail and we were stranded in Vancouver overnight. I was glad to have booked this hotel on the same day at a decent price (just over $200). The room was a bit hot despite the fans and open windows, but that’s also part of the summer weather. I am taking 1 star off for the lack for Air Conditioning as the heat made a big difference in our quality of sleep after a stressful day. Instead of getting out at 8am, we ended up leaving to drive to Tsawwassen at 4am because we couldn’t sleep. Overall we had a bed, bathroom, and fridge which was just the basics we needed for the night.

Room was small but very clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful. A few food options less than a block way. I went for sushi and it was excellent.

Nice and clean hotel at very reasonable price. Front desk staff is great. A bit noisy mainly because we happened to have someone next door who were having some issues amongst themselves.... thought those people and their dog were making noise from the corridor but realized that they were actually staying next door. Overall, a good hotel to stay at.

We stayed at the Queens Hotel because of location close to where we had to work for a few nights. The reviews were quite favorable so decided to book. Online booking was very easy and they happened to have the room we wanted. We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel and rooms. Very clean with good amenities. Comfortable beds with newer bathroom fixtures. Everything worked well. They provide free and paid snacks and coffee. We had the popcorn every night! Very helpful and friendly staff. Parking provided at the rear of the building can be tight at times which is why the four stars. Would stay there again.

Small rooms (bit no complaints because really why do you need a huge room anyway?) But very clean and well appointed. Free snacks in the lobby. No 24/7 front desk fyi. Easy check in and out and free parking. No a/c in our room and complimentary shampoo but no conditioner...Would definitely stay again.

There aren’t any other hotels within 30 minutes of the city for this price with these amenities. The hotel smells great when you first walk in. There are only a couple dozen rooms in the entire hotel. Free parking in the back. You can also use the gym next door for free. After midnight, there is no concierge and the doors are locked with a special code that they change every two weeks. Staff are extremely friendly and nice. Of course it is not a 5 star hotel but for the price and location in comparison to other hotels in the city, this is a great deal.

Great service and great people! The rooms are nice and clean lots of room. There is a BBQ out back too cook on and a nice area to sit out back to have a couple cold ones.

Small boutique hotel, clean and comfortable. My flight was cancelled and all the airport hotels were full. I slept well in a comfortable bed. Clean. A bit noisy in the corridor when people pass and talk. I used ear plugs and slept like a baby. The receptionist was very helpful.
